About Us

Founded in 1962 by teacher Lillian “Lu” Belmont and her students, the Beaux Arts of Central Florida is a group of 50 exhibiting artists based in Central Florida.

Our members work in a wide variety of styles and media, including water color, oil, acrylic, print making, photography, pastel, collage, sculpture, ceramics, metal smithing, and fiber.


Our objectives are to strive for excellence and originality, explore various media and techniques, and contribute a personal and fresh approach to the diversity of today’s art.
